Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required; pediatric, geriatric and various site types preferred.
• Strong data entry and patient information handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures across multiple sites.
• Supervise and mentor PSC/IOP staff and provide onboarding support.
• Coordinate schedules, data entry, and billing information as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of patient data.
