Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Austin, TX, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role includes leadership over PSC/IOP operations, coaching, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in phlebotomy workflows.

The position offers a pay range starting at $28.30 per hour with opportunities for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel between sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens per established procedures across multiple sites.
• Maintain accurate patient data entry and billing information as required.
• Train and mentor staff, support onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Lead by example to ensure quality, safety and compliance in all phlebotomy activities.
