Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Burbank, CA. The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends, and offers a pay range of $25.50–$30.35 per hour.

The candidate must hold a state phlebotomy license (CA) and have at least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Leadership duties include directing daily PSC activities and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy license required by CA as stated.
• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols; maintain phlebotomy logs and quality assurance.
• Enter data accurately and handle billing information when required.
• Provide patient care with professionalism and explain procedures.
• Mentor and train new staff and coordinate with the PSC team.
• Travel as needed to multiple locations.
