Job summary

CSL Plasma is hiring for a full-time donor center role in Tallahassee, FL. The technician will perform pheresis procedures, monitor donors, and ensure safety and product quality while delivering a positive donor experience.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, donor data entry, and adherence to SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies. The position requires a high school diploma and healthcare experience, with phlebotomy training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Specialized phlebotomy training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection per SOPs.
• Conduct venipuncture to initiate pheresis process.
• Monitor donor vein performance and adjust to optimize donation time and quality.
• Educate donors on plasma-derived products and center policies.
• Record incidents and donor data accurately in the information system.
• Ensure donor safety and respond to adverse events with appropriate staff.
