Job summary

Providence Home Services in Tigard, OR is seeking a Supervisor Pharmacy Technician for our Home Services Specialty Pharmacy. This full-time, day-shift role supports the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating daily operations, staff training, and supervisory duties for technicians and interns on site in Tigard.

The ideal candidate has Oregon licensure, 2 years of pharmacy experience, and leadership experience; prior specialty pharmacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required at hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: lead technician and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager in coordinating daily operations and training of the Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, interns/students, and volunteers; set standards for technical staff education.
• Act as liaison between technicians and pharmacy management; exercise decision-making authority in the manager's absence.
