Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Medication Benefits Specialists, Pharmacy Technicians, and caregivers.
• Oversee daily patient access operations including benefits investigations and prior authorizations.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, and key performance metrics.
• Resolve complex patient access and payer issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Lead training, onboarding, and performance management.
