• Supervise Medication Benefits Specialists, Pharmacy Technicians, and caregivers.
• Monitor workload, productivity, service levels, and key performance metrics.
• Resolve complex patient access, reimbursement, and payer-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
• Lead training, onboarding, and performance management activities.
