Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory. You will manage drug inventory across cages and floor, oversee automation inventories, and train staff on RTS and return-to-stock processes.

Reporting to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations, support safety and efficiency, and participate in year-end inventory and audits.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with AZ Board registration and national certification.
• Experience with Parata MAX automated dispensing systems.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy inventory across cage and floor locations.
• Develop and implement training for pharmacy automation and RTS.
• Supervise return-to-stock processes (RTS).
• Organize drug disposal respecting regulations.
• Assist in end-of-year inventory and on-site counts.
• Train technicians on inventory management and compliance.
• Maintain PHI and regulatory compliance.
• Support labeling, assembling, and dispensing within SOPs.
