Job summary

Hims is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our on-site team in Gilbert, AZ. You will conduct audits, analyze stock movements, and help implement procedures to improve accuracy in pharmaceutical inventory.

You will work with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams, ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements, and support continuous process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or above.
• 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist, preferably in pharma.
• 2+ years in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and regulatory requirements (SOX, FDA, CGMP, GDP).
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (Netsuite, ePRO, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock movements.
• Identify discrepancies between records and physical counts and investigate root causes.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Assist in training operations on new inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement and warehouse teams for continuous process improvement.
