Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory in Gilbert, AZ to manage accurate drug inventory within cage and floor locations and oversee pharmacy automation inventories. You will supervise RTS processes, train staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

The role requires Parata MAX experience, AZ Board registration, and a flexible Sunday-Wednesday 6:30am–5:00pm shift. Join a patient‑centric team focused on safe, efficient inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license (EXCPT or PTCB).
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician registration with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy.
• 1+ years of experience with Parata MAX machines.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy inventory moves and document inventory accurately.
• Develop and implement pharmacy automation and inventory management training.
• Supervise all return-to-stock processes (RTS).
• Organize drug disposal and packaging per Stericycle and state board regulations.
• Attend and participate in inventory specialist meetings and present inventory updates.
• Participate in year-end inventory preparation and counts.
