Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory, to maintain accurate drug inventory within cage and floor locations and oversee pharmacy automation inventories. You will report to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, helping promote safe, efficient inventory management and compliant handling of medications.

The role requires experience with Parata MAX machines, knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, and a commitment to HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license (EXCPT or PTCB)
• Active registration with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Experience with Parata MAX machines
• Ability to work a flexible shift
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy inventory moves in cage/floor locations and document discrepancies
• Develop and implement inventory automation and training programs
• Supervise return-to-stock processes (RTS) and drug disposal per regulations
• Attend inventory meetings and present necessary work updates
• Lead end-of-year inventory preparation and on-site counts
• Train pharmacy technicians on inventory management roles
• Follow state and federal pharmacy regulations for ordering, handling and dispensing
• Maintain PHI privacy in compliance with HIPAA
• Maintain clean, safe pharmacy working environment
• Assist in stocking, labeling, assembling and filling medications
