Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory, to manage drug inventory within cage and floor locations and oversee pharmacy automation stock. You will train staff on RTS and automation, report to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, ensuring safe, efficient inventory management.

The role requires 1+ year Parata MAX experience, active AZ technician license, PTCB/EXCPT, and strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, with a Wednesday-Saturday 6:30am-5:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Nationally certified (PTCB or EXCPT).
• At least 1 year of Parata MAX experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and RTS processes.
• Develop and implement automation and inventory training.
• Supervise return-to-stock procedures.
• Organize drug disposal and packaging per regulations.
• Participate in year-end inventory and team meetings.
• Train technicians on inventory roles and proper handling.
