Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory, to maintain accurate drug inventory within cage and floor locations, oversee pharmacy automation inventories, and stock drugs and supplies for the machine.

You will train technicians, ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations, and report to Lead Operations Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager. Shift Sun-Wed 6:30am-5:00pm, Gilbert, AZ.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician License (EXCPT or PTCB).
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician registration with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy.
• 1+ years of experience with Parata MAX machines.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of pharmacy inventory with accurate documenting of moves and discrepancies.
• Develop and implement pharmacy automation and inventory management training programs.
• Supervise all return-to-stock processes (RTS).
• Organize drug disposal and return packages according to regulations.
• Attend inventory specialist meetings and participate in events.
• Train additional technicians on inventory management duties.
• Follow state and federal pharmacy regulations for ordering and handling prescriptions.
• Maintain PHI and comply with HIPAA and privacy rules.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/EXCPT)
