Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.
• Minimum 5 years as an individual contributor in retail, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, PBM, insurance, or pharmacy/medical claims.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered (minimum high school diploma or GED).
• Proven coaching and HR collaboration experience.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching ability.
• Adaptable to changing processes and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end prescription journey and ensure exceptional patient/provider experiences.
• Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Address workflow issues and escalate when needed.
• Step into production during high-volume periods.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Maintain accurate timecards and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Pittsburgh, PA; Boise, ID; St Louis, MO.
• Use dashboards and data to drive performance and decisions.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and policy updates.
• Provide feedback on system challenges and training needs.
• Participate in testing or rollout support for changes.
