Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists to deliver top-tier care.
• Coordinate workload across teams to meet performance metrics and SLAs.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Address escalations and ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Utilize data to assess team performance and optimize workflows.
