Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Active PA Pharmacist License in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience, including managing a team of 10+ people.
Strong command of English; effective communicator with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists to ensure top-tier patient care.
Coordinate workload distribution and monitor productivity to meet performance metrics.
Drive hiring and onboarding to align with culture and standards.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
Address underperformance and implement improvement plans or terminations as needed.
Use data to assess team performance and optimize efficiency and queues.
Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and protect patient confidentiality.
