Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience scaling operations/production in a start-up and/or high-volume/growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading hourly teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience owning SLAs, KPIs, key metrics, and operational reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience with Lean/Six Sigma (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy and patient service workflows to meet SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
• Direct end-to-end order fulfillment and shipping operations, including escalation resolution and coordination with external partners.
• Monitor daily shipment pipelines and quality reports to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to drive data-driven improvements and regulatory compliance.
