Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Insurance Verification and Patient Outreach Specialists.
• Coordinate workload and productivity across teams; meet performance metrics.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to align with culture and standards.
• Oversee onboarding and provide tools and resources for success.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans.
• Address underperformance through coaching or escalation as needed.
• Use data to assess team performance and optimize efficiency.
• Set SLAs and monitor queue performance; manage workflow.
• Identify challenges and implement data-driven solutions to improve outcomes.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment during implementations.
• Resolve escalated patient concerns and deliver high-quality service.
• Communicate updates and best practices to the team.
