Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience scaling operations/production in a start-up or high-volume company (healthcare tech/pharmacy experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience owning and presenting SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing production workforce across multiple workstreams.
• Own end-to-end operational delivery, including onboarding, workflows, and escalations.
• Manage compliant, efficient shipping and patient experiences across partnerships.
• Drive data-driven improvements using KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach and develop supervisors and specialists; build future leaders.
