You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to maximize client recoveries, manage case status, and keep clients informed throughout the process. This is a full-time, in-office role offering strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Experience negotiating high value cases ($250k+).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead settlement negotiations with insurers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries.
• Review demands to identify damages, issues, and liability.
• Develop negotiation strategies and tactics for optimal settlements.
• Communicate with adjusters, counsel, and stakeholders to negotiate settlements.
• Maintain detailed records of negotiations including correspondence, calls, and meetings.
• Monitor case status and ensure timely communication with clients.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for seamless negotiation processes.
• Keep written and verbal records with clients.
• Ensure all dates are tracked in the calendar.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
