DK Law - Injury, Accident, and More seeks a Junior Demand Writer to convert organized case files into compelling narratives communicating injuries, treatment, damages, and client experiences. You will work with attorneys and the Demands Team to move cases toward resolution in a trusted, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in auto insurance or personal injury writing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to organize complex information into clear narratives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft persuasive demand packages for insurance carriers
• Review case files and medical records for damages
• Support settlement negotiations with attorneys
• Maintain client communications and case deadlines
