Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to set the multi-year technology direction for People and Community, combining HR systems, workforce analytics and employee listening tools.

You will lead the HRIS program (notably Workday), govern data quality and security, deliver executive reporting, and partner across HR, IT, Finance and Legal to balance risk, value and equity for employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday and related integrations.
• Strong data governance, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, IT, Finance, Security and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for People Systems.
• Govern HRIS configuration, security, data quality, reporting and vendor performance.
• Lead HR analytics, executive reporting and employee listening initiatives.
• Build and develop the HR systems and analytics team, ensure compliance and controls.
