Job summary

EDiS Building Systems is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. You’ll oversee PEMB projects from award to closeout, ensuring design, budget, schedule, and quality adherence.

You will serve as the PEMB expert, coordinating with Butler and internal teams to keep material, pricing, and erection on track while maintaining strong client relationships and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction; PEMB experience preferred.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Butler Omni Pricing and modeling software or similar PEMB tools.
• Experience with trade contracts, insurance requirements, and bids.
• Ability to read and interpret PEMB plans, specs, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PEMB projects from award through closeout; manage design, scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Serve as the division's PEMB expert and liaison with Butler for project teams.
• Manage budgets, buyout, change orders, and invoicing to keep projects profitable.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and Butler manufacturing for on-time delivery and erection.
• Process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other docs on time; maintain project files.
