Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with people leadership experience.
Proven success leading teams, managing multiple complex projects, and solving technical problems.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers to meet manufacturing, quality, output, and cost goals.
Define strategy, set performance goals, and allocate resources for priorities.
Drive equipment optimization to improve yield, throughput, and efficiency.
Partner with global teams to implement best-known methods and support equipment projects.
Communicate technical and business updates to leadership and cross-functional audiences.
