Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a PCVD ATE Process Manager in Boise to lead and grow process engineering teams for PVD and CVD, driving yield improvements and safety in high‑volume manufacturing.

You will build and guide the F4 HVM process engineering teams, define strategy, and push data‑driven optimization while adopting AI and GenAI tools to enhance defect learning and process control. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration across functions, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field.
• Senior Engineer level with prior people leadership experience.
• Minimum of five years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving results across complex projects.
• Strong technical communication, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the F4 HVM process engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding and coaching.
• Define and implement team strategy, targets and succession plans aligned to factory goals.
• Lead the team to deliver yield improvement through data‑driven decision making and optimization.
• Establish expectations for yield performance and drive gap identification and priorities.
• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI and advanced analytics to accelerate defect learning and control.
• Build team capability in data analysis, automation and AI‑assisted decision making.
• Provide technical leadership for process qualification, yield ramp and HV manufacturing needs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
