Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior PVD/CVD Equipment Engineer to advance our new cleanroom manufacturing capabilities. You will install, qualify, maintain, and optimize industry-leading PVD/CVD systems, analyze data, and work with process engineers to improve yield and reliability.

You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, contribute to maintenance strategies, and drive equipment-related projects from start to finish while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience with PCVD equipment (Equipment Owner).
• BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years in industry.
• Hands-on experience with preventative and corrective maintenance in a semiconductor fab.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify industry-leading PVD/CVD equipment in the new cleanroom.
• PVD/CVD equipment performance, data analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production.
• Use project management methods to close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive equipment performance.
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
