Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Lead for the PCVD area in Boise, Idaho. You will lead daily technical execution across manufacturing, driving yield and process improvements with a data-driven approach.

You will mentor engineers and coordinate with global sites to ensure readiness, tool implementations, and performance ramp. This is a full-time, on-site role in a leading memory fab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Five+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing experience.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Experience leading multi-functional projects, technical initiatives, or engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily technical execution of the PCVD process area, ensuring secure, consistent, and efficient manufacturing performance.
• Drive improvements in yield, quality, process control, cycle time, and output through data analysis and systematic problem solving.
• Prioritize work, allocate resources, and coordinate critical activities to meet objectives.
• Develop and mentor engineers and technicians through coaching, technical guidance, training, and feedback.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Technology Development, Facilities, and global sites to enable process readiness and technology transfers.
• Lead technical reviews and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences for timely decision-making.
• Support new tool installations, process qualifications, changes, and ramp activities to improve capability.
• Champion data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
