Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior PVD/CVD Equipment Engineer to install, maintain, and optimize PCVD systems in our Boise, Idaho facility. You will collaborate with process engineers and drive TPM-like improvements, ensuring high yield and safety in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with vendors and teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PCVD equipment experience.
• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in a semiconductor fab.
• Experience with data analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify PCVD equipment in new cleanroom.
• Analyze performance, perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment issues.
• Lead improvements and vendor relations to sustain equipment performance.
• Develop AI/workflow-oriented processes to enhance operations.
