Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Lead, PCVD Equipment to guide a team of equipment engineers in advancing manufacturing capability at our Boise, Idaho facility.

This role focuses on improving yield, throughput, and quality while driving cost efficiencies through strategic staffing and resource allocation. You will collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, technology development, and global partners to set direction, develop team capabilities, and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with previous people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing multiple complex projects, and solving challenging technical problems.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment engineering practices, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers to achieve manufacturing, quality, output, and cost objectives
• Define team strategy, establish performance goals, and allocate resources to support business priorities
• Drive equipment optimization initiatives to enhance yield, throughput, and operational efficiency
• Partner with global manufacturing and engineering teams to implement best-known methods and support equipment installation, modification, and relocation projects
• Communicate technical and business updates to leadership, team members, and large multi-functional audiences
