Job summary

Nova Group, GBC is seeking a Project Manager - Property Condition Assessment Professional to lead PCA/PCNA projects across the U.S. You will perform field surveys, compile data, and prepare client reports in line with ASTM standards and project scope.

Working with Senior Project Managers and Account Managers, you will travel up to 50% and coordinate with clients, ensuring quality deliverables while supporting flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCA/PCNA experience or related engineering consulting.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD projects.
• Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCAs and PCNAs per ASTM and client needs.
• Conduct field work, data collection, and report prep.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Account Managers.
• Travel up to 50% across the US; remote work as needed.
