Job summary

Nova Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Atlanta, GA, responsible for performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs). The role requires at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field and includes significant outdoor field work. Candidates will need to travel up to 50% of the time across the US, with remote work options when not traveling.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have strong communication and technical writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience conducting and/or managing PCAs and PCNAs.
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD project scopes.
• Knowledge of ASTM E2018-08 standards.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Current, valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs).
• Conduct observation visits and surveys on construction sites.
• Compile data and prepare reports for each project.
