This position is ideal for a professional with 5-10 years of experience conducting and managing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNAs), and environmental due diligence projects for commercial real estate clients.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PCA/PCNA, building assessment, or due diligence consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and cost estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and Property Condition Needs Assessments (PCNAs).
• Evaluate commercial building systems, including structural systems and MEP systems.
• Identify deficiencies and develop repair recommendations.
