Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to conduct property condition assessments (PCA) and manage projects from planning through delivery within budget and deadlines.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and clients, performing QA/QC, and delivering high-quality reports. Candidates should have extensive construction management and inspection experience and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in construction management or due diligence services.
• 5+ years experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments.
• 1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee QA/QC of all project portions, including text and appendices.
• Coordinate with Partner team members and PAs to deliver projects on plan.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure quality products on time.
• Occasionally write reports and conduct inspections.
