Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and manage projects from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include QA, coordinating with client relationships managers, and guiding Partner Associates to deliver quality, on‑time projects. The role requires 5+ years in construction management or due diligence, plus extensive experience in property inspections and assessment reporting.

• Proficient in project estimating/proposals; report author; QA
• 5+ years in construction management or due diligence services
• 5+ years conducting property inspections and writing assessments
• 1–2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee QA throughout lifecycle
• Coordinate Partner team members and associates to deliver projects on plan
• Cultivate relationships with client and team to deliver quality product on time
• Provide progress reports and recommendations to RM and client
• Communicate scope and expectations to team and assessors
• Delegate tasks and manage client changes in scope
• Conduct occasional inspections and write reports as needed
