Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Project Engineer for Property Condition Assessments (PCA). The role involves evaluating building systems, producing due diligence reports, and coordinating site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCA/site assessments of buildings to evaluate condition and recommend immediate repairs and future replacements
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation and project research
• Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines; communicate progress to Project Manager and client
• Provide recommendations and solutions impacting the transaction process
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope
