Job summary

Nova Group, GBC seeks an Equity (Acquisition) Property Condition Assessor-Project Manager to lead Equity PCA, PCNA and FCA efforts per ASTM standards. You will manage field work, data compilation and reporting to meet client needs.

The role requires travel up to 40–50% across the United States and is based out of a home office with access to an airport in a major metro area. Strong writing, communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field.
• FE/EIT, or on track for Professional Engineer’s License or Registered Architect’s License (RA or AIA).
• Knowledge of building components, systems, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Perform Equity-level Property Condition Assessments (PCA), PCNA and FCA per ASTM standards and client needs.
• Conduct field work, data compilation and report preparation for each project.
• Travel 40–50% across the US to support national needs and project delivery.
