Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll tax experience with complex tax defect resolution and multi-state filings.
• Lead, senior specialist, or SME experience with coaching or training junior staff.
• Expert knowledge of tax regulations across US jurisdictions and local municipal systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for TP1–TP3 staff and coach resolution paths.
• Author and approve SOPs and KB articles across core operations.
• Conduct quarterly coaching sessions to close skill gaps and improve performance.
