Job summary

Félix seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy for our lending platform, including bank integrations, loan management, and underwriting components. You’ll determine what becomes a reusable capability versus product-specific builds and collaborate with engineering, payments, ledger, and risk teams.

You will start as a high-impact strategist and build a team as the platform grows, reporting to the Head of Consumer Lending. Hybrid Miami-based role with travel to Mexico City.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with focus on reusable infrastructure in regulated financial services.
• Experience building 0-1 products and architectural decisions with ambiguity.
• Systems thinking for scalable architectures and reusable components.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus for a diverse team.
• Experience owning build-vs-buy decisions for core financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for Félix's lending platform, including bank integrations and loan management.
• Make core architectural decisions and balance reusable vs. custom components.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Represent Félix in technical and commercial discussions with banks and vendors.
