Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of clinical lab phlebotomy/test management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills and regulatory/compliance knowledge.
• National phlebotomy certification preferred; ADHS fingerprinting as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the PSC Anthem team and manage staff schedules.
• Oversee quality and compliance, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and mentor phlebotomists; participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
• Monitor metrics, communicate with management, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure patient-focused care.
