Conifer Health Solutions, LLC. seeks a Patient Access representative to support departmental efficiencies including scheduling, registration, and pre-admission activities.

You will collect accurate patient demographics and apply compliant liability collection techniques before, during, and after service. Responsibilities include educating patients on financial obligations, securing payments, handling insurance verification, and coordinating post-discharge care as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Typing speed at least 35 wpm with basic computer skills.
• Experience in hospital or health insurance environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and complete full registration at date of service.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect appropriate payments.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and assist with scheduling post-discharge care.
