Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of patient services experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and patient access functions.
• Schedule and register patients, verify demographics and insurance.
• Verify insurance benefits and referrals; collect payments per policy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Coordinate patient flow, appointments, and documentation.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss payment plans with patients.
• Train and mentor other Patient Service Representatives.
