Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Customer Service, Patient Access, Medical Billing or Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Healthcare experience and understanding of eligibility/insurance verification is beneficial.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end patient intake operations to ensure quality measures are met.
• Provide guidance to frontline staff and ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA and NSA.
• Lead cross-departmental meetings and staff coaching to maintain SOPs and training.
• Analyze workflows, identify opportunities, and escalate technology-related issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track performance and quality metrics.
• Support 24/7 coverage as needed and advise on staff reallocation during high census.
