Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Team Lead for Patient Access & Intake Services to oversee scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and front desk operations across the assigned clinic. The role supervises a small team (Patient Access Representatives, PSRs, and billing staff), ensures compliance with payer requirements, and partners with clinic leadership to optimize patient flow.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive knowledge of patient access workflows including scheduling, verification, authorization, intake, and POS collections.
• Working knowledge of MIPS data collection requirements at point of patient access.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills including coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR and practice management systems; experience with scheduling templates and authorization tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail in insurance verification, authorization documentation, and financial transactions.

• Provide day-to-day supervision for an assigned team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily activities and establish standard operating procedures for efficient patient care.
• Manage timekeeping records and staff schedule changes with accuracy and policy compliance.
