Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Patient Access Clinical Supervisor to oversee operations, provide leadership to clinic teams, and drive high-quality patient care through optimized access and scheduling. The role includes onboarding new clinics, maintaining HIPAA standards, and coordinating performance metrics across the department.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, Medical Assistant certification, and 1–3 years of leadership experience. Travel is <10% to Manitowoc; base pay ranges from $45,000 to $48,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification from a national certifying organization is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse is required.
• Derm tech completion must be achieved within 30 days of employment.
• 1-3 years leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic/clinicians’ operations from patient access perspective and provide leadership.
• Onboard new clinics and clinicians and maintain high-quality patient care and retention.
• Apply project management experience to department initiatives.
• Manage data reporting to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Develop and maintain department, team, and individual goals.
