DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Receptionist Lead to oversee daily reception operations and ensure a smooth patient experience across our dermatology practices. The role blends frontline patient interaction with team coordination and collaboration with managers to keep the office running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of reception experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualificações

• 2+ years reception experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management and physicians.
• Self-motivated to achieve high patient care and customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Answer multi-line phones.
• Greet patients and vendors.
• Sign patients in and out while collecting insurance information.
• Enter patient data into EHR systems.
• Schedule patient appointments by phone and at checkout desks.
• Collect outstanding balances and copays.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Train new team members and coach current staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for the DOCS billing team.
• Develop and implement opportunities to increase efficiency.
