Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across in-house and agency partners. You will set the roadmap, run testing pipelines, and personally concept, script, and ship top ads that drive performance.

This role blends creative ideation with analytics, requiring grit to push ideas into production, and a humor-forward voice that resonates with Shinesty's audience. Expect a player/coach environment with strong collaboration across designers, editors, and media buyers.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in paid creative strategy or growth marketing for a DTC brand.
• Experience managing agencies and direct reports.
• Proven ability to script and concept ads in Shinesty's voice.
• Strong analytical skills to read creative metrics and optimize tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap and prioritize the paid pipeline.
• Concept new ads, write scripts, and produce hooks.
• Build and run a real testing system with hypotheses and variables.
• Lead in-house producers and agencies, review concepts, and give feedback.
• Ship high-performing ads and iterate on winning formats.
• Report results and learnings with clear attribution notes.
