Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across in-house and agency partners. You will set the creative roadmap, run testing, and personally script and ship top ads in the account.

You’ll champion a data-driven approach, balancing analytics with humor to scale performance. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and hands-on creative production across Meta and other channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing.
• Experience leading in-house teams and external agencies.
• Ability to read creative analytics and translate data into tests and strategy.
• Strong copywriting and scripting in brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap and prioritize the paid pipeline.
• Lead in-house producers and agencies; manage briefs and feedback loops.
• Develop and test new ads, scripts, and cuts; optimize for scale.
• Be a hands-on contributor; contribute to ad concepts and production.
