LRSolutions, LLC partners with a premier Montana hospital to hire a full-time Charge Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in Great Falls.

This role leads the perioperative team, manages patient flow and staffing, and ensures CPAN/ASPAN guideline compliance. A BSN is preferred, Montana RN license required, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Shifts are 6:00 AM–7:30 PM with varied schedules; competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Montana RN licensure.
• Active Montana RN license or eligible for immediate compact endorsement.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; CPAN/ASPAN preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years PACU nursing experience.
• Charge nurse or clinical leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily patient flow in Pre-Operative and PACU.
• Act as primary shift leader, manage staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and CPAN/ASPAN guidelines.
• Collaborate with PACU Supervisor, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff.
• Mentor and support Pre-Op/PACU nursing team.
