Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company aiming to transform how medicine is produced. The Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead role on the Packaging floor leads complex activities, reviews documentation, and collaborates with Management and Engineers to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

You’ll be a technical resource for the team, train others, and apply problem-solving to daily operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to quality systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems, including deviations, change control, and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully to resolve complex production issues and guide team members.
• Proven ability to review and ensure accuracy of GMP documentation and batch records.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Applied quantitative skills to interpret production data, evaluate trends, and support investigations.
• Experience providing on-the-job training to peers in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English cross-functionally.
• Team-oriented, collaborative in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex process activities to ensure successful operations on the production floor.
• Perform technician tasks including start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute protocols for equipment qualification and process validation.
• Ensure work on the floor complies with SOPs and cGMPs.
• Support lean activities including 5S and CI projects.
