Job summary

Resilience, a biomanufacturing technology company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise complex packaging operations on the production floor. You will lead start-ups, operate equipment, perform line clearances, and ensure GMP documentation accuracy while guiding CI initiatives.

You’ll train team members, review SOPs, maintain qualifications, and collaborate with management and engineers to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biomanufacturing with cGMP knowledge.
• Ability to review complex GMP documentation and batch records.
• Experience training peers on the production floor.
• Strong problem-solver capable of independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex packaging operations on the production floor.
• Perform startup, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Track inventory and reconcile using SAP and WES.
• Execute protocol tasks for qualification and validation work.
• Ensure SOPs and cGMPs are followed and support lean activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and CI project support to team members.
